Delivery destinations and charges

We currently accept orders for delivery to eligible United Kingdom addresses. Standard delivery is included in the product price. Checkout confirms delivery availability for your postcode. Other destinations are not currently open for orders. Contact service@stillkinstudio.com to ask about future destinations.

Estimated delivery times

For both textured portraits and hand-finished oil portraits, our estimated arrival is 15–20 working days after you approve the final artwork. Preparing and approving the design comes before this window. Requests for changes or missing information may extend the schedule. We send your artwork for approval before production.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. International transport, customs and local delivery conditions can cause delays. We do not offer guaranteed arrival for birthdays, holidays or other specific dates. Contact us if your order has not arrived within its estimated delivery period.

Currency, duties and taxes

Prices and checkout are in GBP. Your payment provider may convert your currency and charge a conversion fee. Our UK prices include standard shipping and import charges. STILLKIN will cover these import charges. If a carrier requests an import payment, contact us with the notice before paying so we can resolve it.

Your delivery address

Please check your address and contact details before ordering. If you need to change them, email us as soon as possible. An address change may no longer be possible after dispatch.

Damage, loss or delivery problems

If your portrait arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the artwork and packaging help us investigate damage. We will work with you on an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct instructions.
