Our portraits and specifications

We offer custom textured pet portraits and hand-finished pet oil portraits. Textured portraits have a raised printed surface. Hand-finished oil portraits begin with a printed base, with hand-applied oil colour and brushwork across approximately 70% of the surface. Select the finish, pet count, dimensions and framing shown for your chosen product, and check all names and design notes before ordering. Gallery images illustrate possible styles and compositions; the agreed specification defines what is included in your order. Screen colours and the appearance of artwork under different lighting may vary, without affecting your right to receive goods as described.

Availability, prices and payment

An enquiry, photo preview or saved selection does not place an order or take payment. A product marked unavailable cannot be ordered. The checkout displays the currency, total price, delivery charge and applicable charges before you pay. Use only the payment methods actually offered at checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment due. We will not make a material substitution or additional charge without your agreement.

Your photographs and design brief

Provide photographs you own or are authorised to use, and avoid unrelated personal or sensitive information. You give us permission to use supplied photographs and instructions for designing, producing and delivering your portrait and providing support. You retain rights in your original photographs. Marketing use of your photographs or commissioned portrait requires separate permission.

Design review and changes

Any proof, revision allowance or additional design service must be stated in your product description or agreed with us. Contact us promptly if a name, photograph or instruction needs correcting. After work begins, changes may affect cost or delivery; we will explain any proposed change before you agree to it.

Delivery, cancellation and aftercare

Please read our shipping policy and return and refund policy. International delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Personalised goods have different change-of-mind rules from standard goods, but statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain protected.

Website use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or submit material you have no right to use. Purchasing a physical portrait does not by itself transfer copyright or include commercial reproduction rights or a digital file; any such licence or deliverable must be expressly agreed. This does not limit rights you already hold in your own photographs.
